We're looking for a Candidate Experience Co-ordinator to join Serco's Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting recruitment across our Immigration contracts.

This role plays a key part in ensuring every candidate receives a professional, consistent, and positive experience throughout the application, assessment, and onboarding process. You'll act as a central point of contact for candidates and provide essential coordination and communication across a high-volume recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for candidates from application through to onboarding.Conduct structured interviews in line with agreed criteria and role requirements.Coordinate interview scheduling, assessment days and onboarding activities in partnership with operational teams.Communicate clearly with candidates about application status, outcomes and next steps.Deliver proactive engagement with candidates post-offer to ensure a smooth pre-boarding experience.Support onboarding processes, including document collection and pre-employment checks.Maintain accurate records in Phenom and other tracking tools.Identify and share opportunities to improve the candidate journey.

What You'll Bring

Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or candidate interviewing.Confident in using structured interview frameworks and scoring systems.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Phenom, SuccessFactors or similar).A candidate-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.

Additional Information
This role will involve occasional travel to operational sites to support assessment and onboarding activities.
