£15.00 an hour + holiday pay & benefits

Steddy Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker/PA to work with our charming male Individual with complex needs in his own home.

Must live in the Pembrokeshire area

Duties will include, supporting with physiotherapy exercises, cooking, and gardening.

You will be required to work between hours a week

This is a very interesting and rewarding role for the right candidate.

Car owner is essential as you will be required to take the individual to hydrotherapy twice a week, hospital/GP appointments and shopping

Must have completed QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care.

· Able to work unsupervised and use own initiative

· Prepared to be Flexible with hours

Duties:

· Liaising with health professionals

· Domestic care services: meal preparation, gardening and shopping.

Job Requirements:

· Care experience essential - QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care

· You will be required to complete an enhanced disclosure check for this position. This will be paid for by the company and recouped should you be successful.

Must be able to drive and have own car
