Due to the ongoing expansion of our business we are looking for an internal telesales representative. The successful candidate will be required to ring and answer phone to existing customers, input customer orders and deal with any customer queries.

The successful applicant will need to be caring, conscientious and customer focused.

Job Type: Full-time permanent

Monday to Friday working 8am - 4.30pm.

42.5 hours per week including a 30 minute unpaid break per day so 40 paid working hours per week

8 paid working hours per day with 30 mins per day unpaid break, so total hours paid work per week is 40.

£505 per week

28 days holiday of which, 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays accrued over a 12 month period.

Paid fortnightly by BACS working first week in hand.

Duties:

Dealing with inbound/outbound calls to existing customers and processing a high volume of telephone/online sales orders and taking payments in a professional diligent manner.

Processing invoices/credits for sales transactions.

Taking phone calls for customer and product enquiries and responding by phone or email.

Personal Attributes Needed:

Professional, friendly, diligent manner.

Clear communication skills.

Self-motivated and well organised with a strong attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Internal Telesales Experience: 3 years (required)
  • Good knowledge of various food products or working within the food industry is not essential but will be classed as advantageous.

Language:

  • English (Required)
