About the Role

As a Segment Director (SD), you will be responsible for driving top-line growth within Capital Markets across LFI accounts. This role focuses on generating new opportunities and winning new business while collaborating closely with account MDs, solution sales, pre-sales, and other key FIS stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and orchestrate resources to deliver high-value propositions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary FIS sales leader for assigned clients and segments, ensuring seamless engagement and high-value delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with client executives and align on overall engagement strategy with the account MD.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic relationship development and proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate across sales teams, go-to-market functions, and internal resources to achieve new business objectives.
  • Maintain high levels of account activity and engagement to uncover insights and relationships that support complex sales cycles and value creation.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience driving new business objectives with large financial institutions.
  • Extensive experience as a Sales Executive and/or Account Manager in financial technology or financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of fintech products and services, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape in Capital Markets.
  • Proven ability to work in a shared account environment and win as one team.
  • Demonstrated success in creating new opportunities and exceeding new business targets.
