Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Director Europe to lead and expand our presence across key European markets. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is responsible for driving sales strategy, acquiring and retaining Private and B2B Clients, contributing to Crurated's continued growth and leadership in the fine wine and spirits sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a tailored regional sales strategy for European markets to grow revenue and market share across both Private Clients and B2B/Trade segments.
  • Proactively identify, engage and onboard high-value clients — including top wine collectors, luxury hospitality groups, private clubs, and UHNWIs — through direct outreach, partnerships, events and digital channels.
  • Act as an ambassador for Crurated within the luxury wine and lifestyle ecosystem.
  • Build and nurture a strong network of top wine collectors and tastemakers, as well as partnerships with exclusive social and private members clubs, fine dining establishments, luxury brands, and key influencers in the region. Position Crurated as a trusted reference point for premium wine collecting and related experiences.
  • Lead regional engagement campaigns, curate events and experiences, and build personalized communication and loyalty strategies to enhance satisfaction and long-term membership value.
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform global business decisions.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with distributors, hospitality, and retail businesses to expand trade presence and commercial channels across the region.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and events teams to align local efforts with global initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, with accountability for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and client conversion metrics.
  • Analyze performance, generate insights, and recommend action plans to optimize strategy, client engagement, and revenue performance.

Location

Remote – Based in Europe, preferably UK, but open to candidates from other European Countries.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fine wine sales, working with both Private Clients and B2B/Trade partners in the European market.

  • Strong network in the wine industry, with the ability to develop new relationships and close high-value deals.

  • Native-level or fluent English is required (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible, and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

  • Based in Europe — preferably in the UK, but applications from other European countries are welcome.

  • Willingness to travel across the region when needed.
