As Director of Revenue Europe, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across the region. Your work will directly support national security, defence, law enforcement, and other government institutions in adopting our innovative, graph-powered intelligence analysis platform for real-world impact.

You'll join a mission-driven team where ownership, curiosity, and autonomy are part of our DNA. This is a strategic role with significant influence at a unique stage in the company's growth - one with exceptional future potential.

Your mission

As the Director of Revenue for Europe, you will own and drive our go-to-market and customer success initiatives within the territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Revenue strategy: Understand the company's vision and goals, design and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with our market focus, and translate it into clear decisions and actionable priorities.
  • Sales: Achieve the ARR target by owning lead generation, opportunity management, deal execution, account management, and all related activities within the territory. Personally drive sales in the UK and manage other sales executives covering EU countries.
  • Customer success: Achieve renewal targets by delivering excellent customer care that drives satisfaction, retention, and upsells. Position GraphAware as a credible, long-term partner to our customers. Strike the right balance in professional services - ensuring impactful delivery while enabling scalability across customers - and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Partner management: Manage existing partners in the territory and enable their success. Continuously assess the partner landscape, make strategic selections, and lead onboarding efforts.
  • Team management: Provide clear focus and priorities, and develop the team's capabilities. Lead with accountability and support individual ownership. Hire in line with the growth plan.

Profile We Have in Mind

  • 8–12 years in B2B/B2G software or SaaS industry
  • Proven success in designing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Track record in complex B2B/B2G software sales
  • Experienced with customer success functions and practices in the software industry
  • Has background in working with governmental, public sector, or law enforcement institutions
  • Has built and led high-performing small commercial teams
  • Experienced in managing and growing partnerships to support go-to-market efforts
  • Great communicator; fluent in English
  • Organised and accountable, with strong problem-solving skills; combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
  • Bonus: existing network across European government agencies; understanding of data analytics or graph technologies
