are searching for a
Block Manager
for east Yorkshire's leading property management company in
York
. Our client has an experienced team of property managers and are now looking for a new addition to manage a local portfolio of 10-14 leasehold blocks, with all being under 18 metres. We're looking for an experienced block manager who has at least 2 years' experience and has exercised all duties of the job, including budget management, coordinating major works, and chairing AGM's.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a local portfolio of 10-14 leasehold blocks
  • Arranging for major works to be completed
  • Charing Annual General Meetings with leaseholders
  • Handling insurance claims
  • Setting and managing the service charge budgets
  • Uphold excellent customer service

Salary/benefits

  • £40,000 salary
  • 1 day working from home
  • Monday – Friday working (9-5:30)
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • TPI Sponsorship
  • Clear scope for career progression

Qualifications And Skills Needed

  • 2 years' experience in block management
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent time management and people skills
