Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to contract managers
  • Proactively coordinate maintenance schedules
  • Maintain and update compliance and audit logs, covering areas such as close calls, positive interventions, and customer perception feedback.
  • Monitor and log all incoming paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely documentation within internal systems.
  • Manage incoming communications and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and diary management
  • Support document preparation, formatting, and filing
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers professionally and efficiently
