Sales Administrator

**Information about the role**:
- To provide a strong administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams
- Assist with the processing of customers’ vehicle orders and all associated administration including (but not limited to) tracking vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, finance documentation preparation
- Preparation and completion of all vehicle sale invoices
- Collate and record all new and used vehicle information
- Maintain accurate Sales department records and systems
- Varied and fast paced role, requiring attention to detail, accuracy and fantastic organisational skills

- Previous administrative experience
