About Us

We're a fast-growing, family-run logistics business that's been delivering excellence since 2009. From our 9,000 sq ft facility, we provide overnight parcel delivery through APC Overnight, pallet distribution with Pallet-Track, local pallet storage solutions, and empty pallet sales. As we gear up to double our business over the next five years, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to be a key part of this exciting journey.

The Role

This is not your average desk job. We're looking for a confident self-starter who thrives on connecting with people, building strong relationships, and bringing new business through the door. You'll be our front-facing representative – promoting our services and championing our brand across the local area, both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sales across all service areas: parcels, pallets, storage, and pallet sales
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media and update website content
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and potential clients
  • Actively visit prospective clients to promote our services
  • Represent the business at networking events and community functions
  • Work towards clear sales and engagement targets with flexibility in approach
  • Create and implement local marketing campaigns that put us in a positive light

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, people-focused personality with excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (ideally B2B)
  • Confident using social media for business and writing engaging content
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and hit targets
  • Someone happy to get out from behind the desk and into the local business scene
  • Full driving licence required
