Role Overview

Position: Sales Executive/Account Manager

Location: Aldershot, Head Office (customer site visits required)

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000–£70,000)

Reports to: Sales Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Consultant to join our growing Aldershot team. As a key driver of new business, you'll build relationships with decision-makers, create tailored Digital Marketing solutions, and contribute to Go Digital Marketing's mission of delivering exceptional lead generation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch tailored digital marketing packages (SEO, Google Ads) to warm leads in the trades sector.
  • Close deals with pre-scheduled appointments, turning leads into loyal clients.
  • Manage client accounts with a focus on long-term relationships and satisfaction.
  • Communicate complex digital solutions in a clear, jargon-free way that resonates with tradespeople.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic team to refine sales strategies and exceed targets.
  • Convert warm leads into new customers

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in Digital Marketing.
  • Financially driven, with a hunger for success and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong skills in engaging net-new and existing clients.
  • Adept at building relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales outcomes.
  • Team player, contributing to both sales and organisational goals.
  • Forward-thinking and innovative, with a passion for technology and excellent IT skills.
  • Ideally local to Aldershot, Hampshire, for easy office collaboration.
