Field Sales Executive – Door to Door Sales (No Experience Needed)
Base: £26,000 + Commission Per Sale

Are you eager to demonstrate your people skills and make a real difference? Join our energetic team as a Field Sales Executive, specialising in door-to-door sales. Our mission is to improve heating and insulation systems in residential homes under the latest ECO4 Government Scheme.

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills. No prior sales experience? No problem If you're good with people, we'll teach you the rest. You'll be promoting free gas boilers and insulation upgrades to eligible homeowners – helping them reduce energy bills and increase property value.

You'll earn commission on every successful upgrade, giving you a direct link between your efforts and your earnings. You'll also receive full training in sales techniques, objection handling, and building resilience – with the chance to grow into senior roles over time.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Use the daily area maps we provide to connect with potential customers at eligible properties
  • Clearly explain the benefits of the scheme and answer any questions with confidence
  • Handle objections calmly and professionally
  • Complete paperwork accurately and ensure smooth submission of deals to the office
