We are looking for a talented Mid Weight Interior Designer to join our award-winning team – could you fit the bill?

We are an Award-Winning Architectural & Interior Design company based in Warrington, specialising in office fit-out and leisure and hospitality industry.

We're looking for someone that has 3 to 5 years experience working in an Leisure and hospitality practice. You'll be a reliable team member, a self-starter with a strong work ethic and bundles of ambition. Someone that's keen to learn and progress. Super organised and confident in communication with clients and prospects.

Here's some stuff you'll do:

• Client facing role, day to day dealing with Clients ranging from Independents to Corporate PLC Operators.
• Producing and presenting creative design solutions for Leisure & Hospitality Projects, varying scope and value up to £1million
• Production of Initial Scheme drawings through to Detailed Design all in AutoCAD.
• Liaising with / Coordinating specialist consultants appointed by the client – Quantity Surveyor / Structural Engineer etc.
• Management of FF&E costs and delivery programme alongside main project detailed design.
• Project Delivery from start on site through to Handover, dealing with design queries on site, leading design and coordination meetings
• Work on a variety of projects across the UK (primarily Northwest region) including office, bar, restaurant, hotel and airport lounge schemes with numerous national brands and independent clients
• Planning and Building Regulation applications
• Support Senior Designer on projects from concept to delivery with onsite visits
• Support client relationships through day-to-day design administration and communication
• Budgeting and sourcing products
• Keeping up to date with industry news and the changing marketplace; bringing this knowledge into the team and the work to ensure we are always exceeding clients' expectations
• Handle multiple tasks and deliver work to deadlines
• Supporting the operation of a busy office - telephone duties, admin, housekeeping

Here's some stuff you'll need:

• A degree in Interior Design
• Preferably 3-5 Years Experience working in Leisure and Hospitality Industry.
• Competent of working with AutoCAD.
• Competent of working with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to work autonomously, across multiple projects as well as part of a team and reporting to a senior team member.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to back your own ideas
• Well-skilled in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop expertise in all major business software applications (Microsoft Office etc.)
• Strong and enthusiastic team player
• Full UK driving licence would be desirable
• Eligibility to work within the UK (and a willingness to travel to site UK wide)
