About The Role:
Working hours:
**Week days 07:00-09:00

Sunday 08:00- 10:30
Key responsibilities:**

  • To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
  • To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
  • To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
  • To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client's representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
  • To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • Experience working in a cleaning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
