Retirement Villages Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. If you're looking to grow your marketing career while contributing to a purpose-led organisation focused on positive ageing and vibrant later living communities, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll work across all aspects of marketing, supporting our Marketing Managers and Social Media Manager in everything from event planning and content creation to campaign performance analysis and budgeting. No two days are the same - expect variety, collaboration, and a chance to build meaningful connections with our village communities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and open days at our retirement communities.
  • Creating engaging content for our website, email marketing, social media, and printed materials.
  • Gathering resident stories and testimonials that bring our brand to life.
  • Supporting campaign performance tracking, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Assisting with content planning, social media monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Participating in photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Helping manage and optimise our new CRM system, HubSpot.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for content and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ideally, experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, WordPress) and basic design tools.
