As CRO, you'll own the top line, responsible for growing revenue across all our client's commercial channels and ensuring they meet ambitious growth targets in the UK and beyond. You'll shape the strategy and develop new revenue streams.

What you'll do as the Chief Revenue Officer

  • Lead national sales, agency partnerships, local sales, and platform revenue teams.
  • Build and refine scalable sales processes, pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Own and forecast the revenue pipeline, from acquisition to upsell and retention.
  • Lead on commercial input for board meetings and investor updates.
  • Champion performance culture, data-driven decisions, and growth mindset across teams.

Key skills and experience for our Chief Revenue Officer

  • Proven experience scaling revenue in a B2B media, or marketplace environment.
  • A strategic mind with the ability to execute from pipeline planning to closing.
  • Strong grasp of advertiser and partnership dynamics, ideally with agency exposure.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven and performance-focused.
