Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and dedicated
Customer Experience Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring that every customer's experience with Republic of Cats is positive, helpful, and seamless. You will resolve customer issues, provide solutions, offer troubleshooting guidance, and deliver product information while maintaining clear and friendly communication. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, is adaptable to new technology, and can provide an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication with customers across various platforms (email, WhatsApp, phone and social media channels).
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and empathetic tone in all customer interactions, ensuring each customer feels valued.
- Adapt quickly to new software tools and systems as needed to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and create a positive experience for all cat parents.
- Process customer feedback to help improve products, services, and internal processes.
- Stay up-to-date on all Republic of Cats products, promotions, and company news to offer accurate and relevant advice to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role is a plus (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cats and an understanding of their needs (or willingness to learn).
