Clearance: DV Cleared (active and transferable required)
Rate: £750–£850 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 12 months initial
Overview:
Tektora are supporting a key defence programme requiring a proven Programme Manager to lead a secure infrastructure transformation across multiple classified environments. You'll oversee delivery through structured governance, stakeholder alignment, and technical programme control.
Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes within secure environments
Manage multi-disciplinary teams, suppliers, and delivery partners to tight milestones
Drive stakeholder engagement across MOD and prime contractor interfaces
Maintain governance, RAID, and financial oversight across workstreams
Deliver clear reporting into senior leadership and programme boards
Requirements:
Active DV Clearance
Proven experience managing secure or defence-based technology programmes
Background in infrastructure, network, or security delivery beneficial
Excellent communication and governance documentation skills
