OWAY ist the FIRST AND ONLY PROFESSIONAL ACGRICOSEMTIC BRAND to use GLASS AND ALLUMINIUM as primary materials in its packaging, with the goal of creating the first global network of entirely PLASTIC-FREE salons and spas.
OWAY values and supports LOCAL CRAFTSMANSHIP, collaborating with MICRO-PRODUCTION ASSOCIATIONS and promoting a VIRTUOUS COLLECTIVE OF WORKERS, ARTISANS and FARMERS.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1 + years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Sales Representative in
Professional Haircare
industry - Market research and analysis, targeting Clients and Prospects;
- Operate as the primary point of contact for the key clients/accounts;
- Develop long term relationships through appropriate Customer/Prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets;
- Support the salon partner to differentiate themselves and grow their salon business
- Prepare and guarantee a monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
- Build a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets consistently;
- Fully available and flexible to travel abroad, if required.
