Lettings & Sales Administrator

Edlin & Jarvis Estate Agents are looking to recruit a lettings and sales admistrator. We have now been open for 8 years and are a growing successfull estate agent who prides ourselves on our customer service and going above and beyond. We are looking to recruit somebody part time. You will be required to work 4 days a week 8.45am to 5.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00am to 1pm.
The candicate must have experience in lettings and maintain an exceptional customer service to our clients.
Main Purpose of the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings departments
- Register apllicants and arrange viewings
- Prepare lettings documentation (contracts, tenancy agreements, etc.)
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and landlords
- Schedule and confirm viewings and valuations
- Track the progress of lettings pipelines
- Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation (e.g., AML, Right to Rent, GDPR)
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with marketing efforts such as brochure preparation and online listings
- Support property management tasks where needed (e.g., maintenance coordination)
About You:
- Previous experience in property administration (sales and/or lettings) is required
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property CRM systems (e.g., Alto)
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £22,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 31 per week
