Terms & Conditions – 2 x 30hr Day Support Workers on a rota basis
- Including bank holidays and weekends.
The post has the option of an additional 6 hours per week temporary until April 2026

Our team cannot wait to welcome passionate and dedicated individuals to join them in this vibrant, lively person centred rehabilitation service.
We know you are going to love positively engaging with our guests during their stay, supporting with daily living skills following a person-centred support plan. You will also be enabling our service users to express themselves to make choices and promote their independence. You will be required to attend team meetings and be available for training and competency assessment for your own development.
This is a varied, interesting and crucial role which requires the possibility of working across services. You will be required to work on a rota basis including bank holidays and weekends. In return we will offer you:

So if you are :
- Qualified to level 2/3 in Health and Social care or equivalent (or working towards) and/or with practical experience acquired through a combination of training and working in relevant area with clear understanding of applicable standards and regulations
- Have passion, drive and vision for the future of Intermediate Care.
- Have an engaging style that can build trust and relationships.
- The ability to achieve multi-disciplinary team results through dedication
- Have proficient skills in using IT systems and Microsoft 365.
