About the Management Trainee Role

As a
Management Trainee at Resolve
, you'll receive comprehensive, hands-on training across key areas of
offline marketing
, including:

  • Event coordination
    and experiential activations
  • Client relationship management
    and stakeholder engagement
  • Strategic sales planning
    and business development
  • Campaign development
    with creative and operations teams
  • Market analysis
    to identify trends and growth opportunities

You'll work directly with experienced industry professionals on real-world campaigns for well-known brands, gaining practical experience and exposure from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales & Marketing:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the
    offline marketing
    sector.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering creative brand solutions.
  • Campaign Development:
    Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute impactful marketing activations.
  • Lead Generation:
    Represent Resolve at events, generating leads and expanding our network.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Market Research:
    Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
