You will be responsible for helping to maintain and manage our clients' properties which will include visiting properties, arranging appointments and producing reports, notifying clients of routine maintenance requirements and organising the appropriate works. Depending on experience, you'll also deal with legal matters, tenancies and dealing with deposits. Additional duties such as carrying out viewings of properties with tenants will also be involved.

You'll need a sharp eye for detail, be smartly presented and be able to drive.
