What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a new Marketing Director, UKF and CPC, within our UK Fleet Division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Swindon or London, UK.
As a successful candidate you will lead the planning and execution of strategic growth sales and marketing activity for the UK business. Your plans will drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition, activation, retention, up-sell, x-sell, and life-cycle marketing programmes, across online and offline channels, product, and feature launches.
Corpay Complete (CPC) is a strategic growth area for Corpay in the UK with exciting and ambitious plans to increase the customer base in 2026 and beyond. We are taking a new proposition to market, consisting of successful existing customer offerings (Corporate Cards, AP Automation and FX), and you will play a pivotal role in the entire GTM approach.
Taking an "outside in / customer first" approach, you'll be leading the marketing for Corpay Complete and be part of the senior leadership team, responsible for growing this part of the business, in a fast-paced, proactive, and positive environment.
You will be a senior member of the UK Marketing team (9) and the European Center of Marketing Excellence, reporting to the VP Marketing, UK. Collaborating regularly with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
How We Work
As a Head of Marketing, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
- Defining the overarching marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth targets. Collaborating with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams and coordinating between stakeholders
- Identifying priority markets, segments, and channels to maximise brand impact and demand / lead generation
- Developing positioning and messaging frameworks to differentiate Corpay Complete in competitive landscapes
- Setting annual and quarterly marketing goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Defining campaign KPIs and success measurement frameworks with a critical focus on ROI and revenue generation
- Management of customer and prospect segmentation to support targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams to track, maintain, and optimise marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline
- Leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of full funnel marketing campaigns for Corpay Complete
- Lead the production of campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output
- Manage the creative process from initial briefing through to final delivery across all formats (digital, print, social, events)
- Design ABM programmes (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to create demand in larger accounts in a structured and personalised way
- Coordinate the efforts of internal marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency
- Manage relationships with wider marketing teams and agencies, optimizing use of internal and external teams / resource
- Work with the UK Brand & PR team to develop press releases, secure media opportunities, and manage corporate communications
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization, using the internal digital team as your expert resource
- Use our Marketing Automation team to conduct nurture journeys, and triggered campaign execution
- Partner with the data team to support the procurement and onboarding of purchased data to expand prospect reach, and execute new data enhancement projects, improving completeness, accuracy, and targeting precision
- Brief and coordinate with Data and Salesforce teams to ensure smooth execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, CRM integrations, and accurate pipeline reporting
- Lead the development of thought leadership content through agency partners
- Define, in collaboration with other stakeholders, the physical and virtual event programme, and execute with the support of the wider team
- Ownership and management of the marketing budget for Corpay Complete, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns
- Provide insights from marketing activity to inform product development and market positioning
- Own campaign performance reporting and insights and produce weekly. monthly and quarterly reporting on marketing performance
- Assisting in customer communications (both service and campaign/promotional led)
- Building Customer Marketing programmes to drive retention, as well as x-sell, up-sell opportunities
- Brand guardian and ownership of tone and visual identity for Corpay Complete
- Generating ideas and suitable execution plans for new thematic content
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in planning, leading and executing sales focused marketing, in a data riven, multi-channel, multi-touch environment
- Experience leading and delivering demand generation focused programmes through longstanding, continuously optimized, multi-channel marketing
- Finance, Accounts Payable, Banking and/or payments experience advantageous
- Excellent knowledge and experience of all direct channels, including digital & non-digital
- A good understanding, and competent user of Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce or similar tools), Digital media including SEO, social media and PPC
- Deep understanding and experience of lead generation, lead warming and nurturing techniques
- Experience across a range of marketing disciplines, including product
- Promotion and use of brand within the communications mix
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A number of years' experience in a similar senior role within B2B marketing
- Proven track record in leading B2B marketing that delivers business impact and growth
- A commercial, outcome focused, KPI and data-driven mindset
- Strategic and creative approach with a thorough understanding of the prospect and customer journey and the trigger points in the buying lifecycle
- Ability to build strong sales and GTM relationships across the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cross-collaborator, and stake holder management
- Lots of motivation, resilience and a proactive approach. An ability to get the job done
- A marketing related degree and/or CIM Postgraduate Diploma is preferable but not necessary
- Growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
