We are seeking an SEO Manager (f/m/d) to join our international SEO team of five, based in either London or Düsseldorf.

Job Description
  • Actively manage a prioritised backlog of performance improvement initiatives, driving investment cases from discovery to scale

  • Run experiments to validate SEO performance hypotheses, including SEO A/B tests and custom frameworks

  • Leverage your technical and analytical expertise to identify performance improvement opportunities, acquiring data where necessary and combining datasets to generate new insights

  • Coordinate the delivery of SEO initiatives, liaising with Product, Tech, and other stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers as needed

  • Maintain SEO performance awareness by monitoring and reporting on relevant indicators, using insights to inform initiatives

  • Represent your area of responsibility effectively in cross-functional settings

  • Own and report on quarterly objectives at both team level and to senior stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical capability and expert-level SEO subject matter expertise

  • 3 years of experience in (Enterprise) SEO (e.g., travel, e-commerce companies)

  • Proven track record in project management and a strong ability to prioritise daily operational tasks

  • Advanced user of tools for all main SEO research, reporting, and diagnostic use cases (e.g., keyword research, competitor analysis, bot analysis, scraping, auditing, traffic analysis, analytics, etc.)

  • Awareness of emerging LLM / Search landscape and GEO opportunities

  • Detailed understanding of datasets relevant to the SEO ecosystem

  • Basic proficiency in SQL and Python
