The Transformation team is on hand for every hospital that uses the DrDoctor Platform to ensure they get the most out of it. At DrDoctor we want every installation and ongoing use of our platform to deliver the best possible results at every hospital, without exception.

You'll most likely be open to a range of experience levels, or looking for a change and will be supported by the team as you learn, we value transferable skills

What would I be doing day to day?
One of the great things about a scale-up is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your 'BAU'

However, the key things you could expect would include:

  • Develop great relationships with our Transformation Managers to support them in supporting our clients
  • Support projects on setting up in new Trusts and implementing new systems to our clients
  • Analyse data and produce insightful reports that quantify the value we deliver to our clients and encourage them to use our products in new, more effective ways
  • Train users in our functionality and help them to use our products effectively
  • You may also work on internal projects to improve the way your team and/or DrDoctor works
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, to understand how we can work together to solve their problems
  • Turn our vision for the future of healthcare into reality by giving providers the tools they need to delivery long term, high quality care
  • Travel: Some travel to NHS Trusts may be required. We'll discuss preferences and give notice.

OK, I'm interested. What experience do I need to have?

  • You should be passionate about the Healthcare industry and be empowered to make a difference
  • Evidence of delivering impact in any context, including work, community, or personal projects
  • You should have good communication skills, and be comfortable with the idea of talking with clients every day
  • You should be excited by the idea of acting independently to solve problems and be keen to see the impact of your work
  • You should have a great learning mindset, keen to get stuck in and learn something new every day
  • Any experience working on projects or within a project framework is advantageous, but not essential
  • Any experience working in or with healthcare, technology or health tech is advantageous, but not essential
