large format print, signage, vehicle wrapping, agency branding projects, exhibitions, interiors, and complete branded environments

With annual revenue currently at £3 million, we are entering an ambitious growth phase to get to 5 million, with a major focus on expanding our
large format print division
while scaling all other branding services.
The Role
We are seeking a
hungry, highly experienced, industry-driven Sales Director
who thrives on winning business and driving growth fast. This role requires someone who can
find their own leads, build immediate pipelines, and bring in new business from day one
, while shaping and leading our long-term sales strategy.
You will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and positioning Cube Branding as a leading branding and large format print partner.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to grow revenue from £3–5m to £7m+ within 2–3 years.
- Lead aggressive growth of the
large format print division
, driving new opportunities and market penetration. - Expand revenue across
agency branding work, vehicle wrapping, signage, and complete brand rollouts
. - Establish KPIs, forecasting, and detailed performance metrics to ensure consistent and predictable growth.
Business Development (Hunter Mentality)
- Find your own leads, build your own pipeline, and bring in new business from day one.
- Identify, target, and win high-value opportunities across retail, corporate, construction, events, hospitality, and agency sectors.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and expand their spend across all Cube Branding services.
- Drive outbound sales activity including prospecting, networking, cold outreach, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal, pitch, negotiation, and closure.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a top-performing sales team that matches your pace and ambition.
- Create a culture of accountability, high standards, and consistent performance.
- Work closely with design, production, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Large Format Print Expansion
- Accelerate growth within the large format print division—retail graphics, POS, signage, interior branding, vehicle graphics, and more.
- Bring market insight to help shape service offerings, pricing models, and production capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for new technologies, partnerships, and equipment investment to scale capacity.
Client Relationship Leadership
- Act as a senior face of Cube Branding, leading major pitches, tenders, and proposals.
- Develop long-term frameworks and partnerships with high-value clients.
- Ensure outstanding client satisfaction and retention through professional communication and service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience
in senior sales roles within large format print, branding, signage, or creative agency environments. - Proven ability to
win business immediately and generate your own pipeline
. - Demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth beyond £5m+.
- Strong technical understanding of large format print, vehicle wrapping, signage, and end-to-end branding.
- Highly commercial thinker with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A proactive, relentless, and self-motivated sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
