Senior Product Manager – Content

London, Greater London, United Kingdom Spotify Full time

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the strategic areas within the Content and Catalog Management team at Spotify.

Our team builds the products that manage the Spotify content catalog. We ensure that users are kept safe from harmful content, uphold copyright and enable easy catalog management with powerful AI capabilities. As a crucial piece of this broader mission, you will work on expanding and iterating on our AI and agent strategy and engage at a cross-mission and company level on one of our core customer groups.

You'll be working on products that improve the lives of hundreds of millions of users daily and impact the creator community who publish their content on Spotify. This is a highly collaborative role, working with teams from across the organization to ensure these experiences serve the needs of users, creators & Spotify.

You'll partner with a cross-disciplinary set of folks across the globe, working in a fast-paced environment, and hopefully have a lot of fun along the way.

What You'll do

  • Define and drive a product vision and strategy for AI-powered workflows, aligning your team and stakeholders around a clear direction.
  • Prioritize and maintain a long-term roadmap that balances innovation, technical debt, and operational stability.
  • Partner with other product areas and strategic initiatives to ensure your team's work delivers user value and supports Spotify's broader goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and insights teams to bring ideas from concept to launch, iterating based on data and feedback.
  • Use your understanding of AI/ML development to guide product decisions and unlock efficiencies in catalog operations.
  • Build alignment and foster strong relationships across teams, ensuring your products are well integrated into the wider Spotify ecosystem.

Who You Are

  • An experienced Product Manager with a track record of building and launching successful Generative AI or ML products, ideally in an operations or CRM context.
  • Skilled at crafting product visions and strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder systems spanning internal tools, consumer experiences, and B2B interfaces.
  • Confident in navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities, from innovation to maintenance.
  • Comfortable using research, analysis, and A/B testing to inform decisions.
  • A clear communicator and storyteller, able to tailor your message for different audiences and influence decision-making with empathy.
  • Collaborative and hands-on, with high standards for yourself and others. You're as comfortable setting strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to tackle details.

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in London or Stockholm.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
