Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed
• Support the organisation and tidiness of the work site, including waste disposal and storage of tools and equipment
• Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning materials or equipment as directed
• Prepare work areas for specific tasks, including setting up scaffolding or protective barriers when required
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks over extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to undertake physically demanding work
• Valid relevant certifications or licences (if applicable) are a plus but not mandatory

Pay: £12.49-£15.61 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
