Edwards Commercial Cleaning are looking for three experienced cleaners who have cleaned to the highest possible standards.

The roles are to work in a controlled environment according to the standard procedures, ensuring the required level of cleaning and disinfection are met . The cleanliness of the unit is essential to ensure the customers using the products are kept safe.

Key responsibilities and duties:
  • Work always following standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure training is maintained to latest procedure in a timely manner.
  • Accurate completion of cleaning records and documentation.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of defined areas with designated equipment and materials.
  • Segregation and disposal of cleaning waste materials.
The successful applicants will be required to undertake skills based training to achieve the required level of competence to fulfil the responsibilities outlined.

This cleaning involves wearing full PPE, including gowns, hairnets and gloves etc and involves cleaning in a methodical and disciplined way following detailed schedules .

Ideally you will already have experience of cleaning in a controlled environment e.g 'healthcare,' food or clinical setting and can demonstrate that you've cleaned to exceptional standards.

The hours are 15hrs a week, cleaning between 4.30 pm and 7.30 pm Monday to Friday at £15 per hour.

There are 2 Saturdays of the year to work.

Bank holidays at times and a half, which reflects the importance of this kind of working environment.
