因公司业务发展需要,在Birmingham新仓库招聘1名售后&改码专员。

岗位职责:

1. 完成售后及售前产品质量检测,录入并整理产品质量检测结果。

2. 协同品控部门分析产品质量问题。

3. 处理销售订单和售后订单的产品写码及公司业务系统中对应的系统操作。

具体包括按照订单要求将产品编码写入产品硬件中(不需要计算机编程,只需完成类似信息上传导入操作),以及订单流转过程中,在ERP系统中完成相应的操作。

1. 处理销售订单和售后订单相关的标准化包装工作(按照订单需求打印、更换产品标签,并按照公司SOP进行标准化包装)。

2. 执行其他与售后&改码相关的工作,并履行上级安排的其他工作。(包括但不限于)

3. 协助客服同事解决客户的技术问题

4. 记录客户技术问题的问答

5. 与其他部门(销售/技术支持/采购)沟通,解决客户问题。

6. 协助其他本地团队解决产品相关问题。

岗位要求:

1. 理工科背景,本科及以上学历,电子、通信、光电及计算机专业优先考虑。

2. 中文母语水平,能够用英语进行日常工作交流。

3. 具备较强的动手能力,态度严谨,工作高效,积极主动,责任心强。

4. 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、团队合作能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。

工作时间:全职,可签正规合同报税;每周40小时,周一至周五,8:30-17:30

Main Duties -

· Perform after-sales and pre-sales product quality testing, record and organize the results of product quality testing.

· Collaborate with the Quality Control department to analyze product quality issues.

· Handle product change code for sales and after-sales orders, as well as corresponding system operations in the ERP systems. This includes encoding the product information into the hardware based on order requirements (no programming skills required, only completing similar information uploading and importing operations), and performing the necessary operations in the ERP system during the order process.

· Handle standardized packaging for sales and after-sales orders (printing and replacing product labels according to order requirements, and following company SOP for standardized packaging).

· Execute other after-sales and change-code related tasks, and perform additional duties as assigned by superiors. (Included but Not limited to)

· Support Customer service colleagues on customer's technical questions

· Record questions & answers of the technical questions from customer

· Communicate with other department (sales/Tech support/purchase) to solve customer's problem.

· Supporting other local teams for product related problems.

Skills and Qualifications -

· Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, with a preference for electronics, communications, optoelectronics, or computer science.

· Native-level proficiency in Chinese and the ability to communicate effectively in English for daily work interactions.

· Strong hands-on skills, meticulous attitude, high work efficiency, proactive and responsible work approach.

· Excellent learning ability, communication skills, teamwork skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
