As an
EMENA Senior Food & Beverage Innovation Manager
, you'll lead the development and delivery of Costa Coffee's food and beverage strategy across a diverse region, shaping a commercially strong, brand-aligned product pipeline that drives growth and consumer loyalty.
What you'll do
Being a
Senior F&B Innovation Manager

- Leading the EMENA F&B strategy and seasonal calendar, aligned to global direction and regional priorities
- Driving the execution and localisation of global innovation across Retail and AFH channels
- Guiding range optimisation and seasonal menu planning using data and insight
- Ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance across all markets
- Coaching and developing a high-performing regional team across MENA and Europe
