About the Role

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations. You'll be supporting various departments, managing key administrative tasks, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Duties

  • Update production planners to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.

  • Ensure all sales orders are completed and accurate.

  • Maintain and monitor delivery schedules, coordinating with suppliers to avoid delays.

  • Assist in tracking inventory and resolving any delivery discrepancies.

  • Support internal and external teams to guarantee material availability when needed.

  • Verify order accuracy and play an active role in improving operational processes.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations assistant within the Outdoor living or Construction industry

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • IT Proficient and CRM Housekeeping experience
