Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, an exciting new Flooring Retailer with a network of branches across the whole of the UK with ambitious plans for growing their branch network to 100+ Stores in the near future, with their requirements for additional Flooring Sales People.

In this instance we are seeking an experienced Flooring Retail Sales Person for their showroom in Kingston Upon Hull, Humberside.

The Company supply the public from their attractive, centrally located Showrooms with a broad and attractive range of Flooring Products including:
  • Carpets
  • Vinyl
  • Wood Flooring (Solid and Engineered) and Laminates
  • LVT (Luxury Vinyl)
  • Accessories
  • Parquet/ Herringbone Flooring.
They have recently been acquired and are now looking to grow rapidly and need experienced Retail Professionals from a Carpet or Flooring Retail background to assist Customers in the Showroom.

The People we are seeking will have:
  • An Excellent Knowledge of all types of Flooring.
  • Estimating and Measuring Skills would be advantageous though not essential.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Target Orientated and Ambitious.
  • Physically fit and well presented.
  • Looking to build a career with a brand new Retailer.
You will work 5 Days out of Seven including Saturdays and Sundays (on a Rota basis) and 2 late nights (until 8pm) per week.

The Company are prepared to offer highly attractive Performance based rewards for the right candidates (Negotiable based upon experience and performance) with a high Target Related package in the £30k+ Region to begin with, high achievers can earn significantly more
