Our Hose Division is one of our technically specialised parts of Arco. We design, specify, and supply a full range of industrial hose solutions for sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, marine, and construction.

From high-pressure assemblies used offshore to bespoke hose configurations for unique industrial applications, our team ensures every product meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. We also produce custom-built hose assemblies, complete with testing and certification to ensure total confidence for our customers.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and curious Sales Support Apprentice (Hose) to join our dedicated Sales Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to provide technical support for our hose product range, helping our customers find the right safety solutions while gaining valuable skills and qualifications along the way.

As part of this team, you'll gain first-hand experience in understanding how products are specified, built, and tested, learning how technical solutions keep industries running safely and efficiently.

As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Technical Support Advisors and Sales Specialists to learn how to:

  • Provide accurate technical advice on hose products and assemblies
  • Read and understand customer drawings and technical specifications
  • Prepare accurate quotations and orders using our SAP system
  • Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and internal systems
  • Support with promotional activities and customer feedback processes
  • Work collaboratively across teams to meet customer needs and business goals
