Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Manager at our location in Bristol. The Retail Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and work to achieve sales targets and profitability goals. Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, managing inventory, training and developing staff, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and mentor staff
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills to deliver a positive shopping experience and handle concerns
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage inventory, store operations, and sales targets effectively
  • Experience in retail management, including knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and visual merchandising
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address daily challenges and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in retail technology systems and tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with streetwear culture and trends is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail is preferred
