An independent insurance broker, part of one of the UK's largest independent groups, is seeking a
New Business Account Executive
to join their team. Specialising in mid to large commercial business across all sectors, this firm is known for its professionalism and outstanding client service.

What You'll Need
- Minimum 5 years of cross-class commercial insurance experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Confidence in generating and following up on your own leads
- Solid market and insurer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Industry qualifications are a plus, but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition
– Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities - Client Relationship Management
– Understand client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions - Retention & Service Delivery
– Ensure excellent service and retention through mid-term and renewal meetings - Negotiation
– Secure favourable terms with insurers - Compliance & Reporting
– Stay up to date with industry standards and provide regular sales reports
