Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader and care staff to join our compassionate team in Bournemouth & Poole. In this pivotal role, you will lead our care staff to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support tailored to their individual needs, embodying our commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans for clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client needs.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Promote independence and dignity for all clients in their daily activities.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior care role or similar position.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of care planning processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with IT systems used in healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Valid driving license and vehicle is a must.
