What to expect

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Delivery Specialist to strengthen our sourcing capability. You'll identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for key roles across the business areas such as Tranformation and Technology. This role is all about building strong pipelines and using data-driven sourcing strategies to deliver results.

As part of a company-wide transformation, you'll play a critical role in ensuring we have the right talent in place to support our future strategy. This means sourcing for new skill sets, engaging passive candidates in competitive markets, and helping shape how we attract talent during a period of significant change.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience working within a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function is essential.
  • Strong experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Previous experience recruiting for roles within Technology, Project Management and/or Portfolio Management fucntions.
  • Skilled in Boolean search, social recruiting, and market mapping.
  • Confident in engaging passive candidates and building relationships.
  • Previous experience of using Linekdin Recruiter to actively source candidates.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
