**Team Overview**:
Our Talent Partners work across all RPS Group Segments providing bespoke high-quality talent acquisition services that include Volume, Specialist and Strategic Resourcing, Internal Talent mobility, Talent Pipelining and Talent Insight. As a team we deliver a range of bespoke and dedicated services for talent acquisition and retention across the group.

**Overall Role Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**_Business Partnering_**
- Taking responsibility for client relationships and account management, acting as advisor, engaging with stakeholders to understand their problems and provide solutions
- Ensure the business follows the correct process, best practice and RPS behaviours
- Promoting diverse and inclusive sourcing and hiring practices
- Supporting the Resourcing Lead and the Head of Recruitment to provide regular dashboards, MI reports, insights and knowledge of the market based on evidence to the business
- Identify and reduce annual agency spend
- Develop the agency partner framework
- Support with ad-hoc business projects
**_Delivery_**
- Acting as overall project manager, providing effective operational, resource and project management of vacancies, ensuring good practice and the RPS process is followed
- Build and maintain strong knowledge base of the key market areas
**_Operational_**
- Regular process and continues improvement reviews
