We're on the lookout for talented Restaurant Supervisors to join us at first London pub in Shepherd's Bush. As part of a renowned pub group with 5 successful locations across the Cotswolds.

Think country pub in the city.

We have expanded and need people who share our commitment to exceptional service, top-quality food, and a great atmosphere.

We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer & spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game & offal and very little 'mucking around'.. Not a micro herb in sight and definitely no tweezers.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by leading by example and addressing any guest concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with bartending staff to create an inviting atmosphere, ensuring beverage offerings meet guest expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisor role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is crucial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.50 per hour
