  • Liaising with contractors for quotes and day-to-day logistics.
  • Preparing and distributing regular reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
  • Assisting project managers with documentation, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new project processes and procedures.
  • Creating presentations, handouts, and "Projects on a Page" documentation for stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and organising meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

Harrods offers a range of company-wide benefits including 33% staff discount, subsidised medical and dental cover, discounted gym membership, and more.

About You

You will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

You will:

  • Have strong organisational and time-management skills to keep projects on track.
  • Be a clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ideally have experience in project coordination or administrative support.
  • A degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
