Are you a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in your career? 

Our premium restaurant & pub chain is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as Assistant Manager.

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our busy pubs. 

You will work closely with the Manager to ensure that all aspects of the pub run smoothly, including staffing, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and training staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
  • Managing financials and inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local suppliers and vendors
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Coordinating and planning events and promotions to attract new customers and increase sales

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
