Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in Exeter with some work from home acceptable. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting training sessions. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, developing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the sales team to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
