Role Overview
To support the operations manager and to comply with company policy, process and procedures and seek to improve where possible.
Responsibilities
- Assist Contracts Manager in sending of job sheets to operatives on a weekly basis
- Compiling Data Packs for supervisors
- Receiving Data Packs back from Supervisors
- Saving and adding of PO's
- Chase client for any outstanding PO's
- Creating O&M Manuals to be submitted to client upon completion of works
- Filing of all Projects paperwork received from Supervisors
- Assist in general admin duties.
Skills & experience
- Previous administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of basic principles of Office Practice
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in person and via the telephone
- A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint.
