We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Projects Assistant to join our friendly team in Medway. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s just starting their career or looking to develop their skills in a professional office environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided — all you need is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Medway City Estate, Rochester, Medway_
- Monday-Thursday 9am-4:30pm | Friday 9am-3pm_
- 1 day per week working from home (once trained)_
- Salary: £20,000 per annum_

**Day to Day**
- Supporting the Projects team with day-to-day administration and coordination
- Preparing and issuing documents, certificates, and manuals for clients (training provided)
- Gathering information from internal systems and updating project details accurately
- Uploading documents to client portals and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Assisting with certification processes and data entry
- Helping the team with reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Providing general support to the Projects and Sales teams when needed
- Learning about renewable energy projects and how they’re delivered from start to finish

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive team player who isn’t afraid to ask questions or seek help when needed
