Job Overview

We are looking for HCAs/supportworkers to provide essential support to the Childcare. This position requires a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. And the hourly pay rate for the support worker will be $12.80

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to the children, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other professionals to deliver exceptional care.
  • Follow all compliance and safeguarding protocols diligently.
