Rate: Competitive (Grade 3)

Contract: Temporary (01/10/2025 – 03/11/2025)

Hours: 08:00 – 20:00

About the Role

Chadwell Healthcare Ltd is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Bath. You'll play a vital role in providing personal care, practical assistance, and emotional support to residents, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their daily lives.

Working as part of a committed care team, you'll assist with personal care, promote wellbeing, support medication routines, and encourage residents to engage in social and community activities in line with individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  • Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality.
  • Support individuals with dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
  • A caring, patient, and reliable nature with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting residents' welfare.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
