to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services across multiple educational establishments within the Torbay Schools Project.

This is a high-responsibility role, combining operational leadership, commercial management, team development, and exceptional client relationship management. You will ensure the contract delivers sector-leading standards, full compliance, and best value for the client.

About The Role

Project & Lifecycle Management

  • Plan and manage Variation and Lifecycle Project Works, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and adherence to budget.

Financial Management

  • Lead project P&L, forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and reporting across all FM and catering services.

Contract Performance

  • Ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations; produce accurate reports; maintain detailed records; and identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.

Client & Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and on-site teams, delivering a sector-leading standard of customer service.

Subcontractor Management

  • Manage specialist contractors through regular reviews, ensuring contractual, quality, safety, and budget requirements are met.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure a safe environment for building users; conduct risk assessments; provide expert guidance; and maintain full statutory and legislative compliance.

Quality & Environmental Assurance

  • Maintain compliance with all Quality and Environmental policies; conduct audits; and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities.

About You

  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Analytical, commercially aware, and able to make evidence-based decisions
  • Motivated, flexible, and resilient, with a high degree of personal commitment
  • Able to work independently while remaining a strong team player
