As a Training & Implementation Specialist, you'll be the key link between our business and our travel agency clients throughout their onboarding journey. You'll manage hands-on system setup and configuration, guide clients through adoption, and deliver engaging training that ensures they get the very best from our platform.

This is a varied role that combines technical know-how with strong people skills — perfect for someone who understands travel industry workflows and enjoys both problem-solving and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement our platform for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and integrations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective system use.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions via video calls and occasional on-site visits.
  • Create training materials such as user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
  • Track onboarding progress, keeping clients informed with clear updates.
  • Provide follow-up support post-implementation to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with our developers and designers to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements.
  • Test new features and solutions before release.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to make sure their products integrate seamlessly.
  • Keep up to date with platform updates and industry tech trends.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Travel industry background with knowledge of workflows, ideally including GDS, APIs, or online booking tools.
  • Previous experience in client onboarding, software implementation, or user training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and explain them clearly to others.
